When we got to rod number 4, it seems a bit loose, before cracking the nut loose. Once we pulled the cap off, this is what we found. The edge you see is very sharp; it's been worn away. The two bearing halves in this side have probably even been passing each other. This is the most likely reason the engine had a rattling kind of knock in it at certain rpms.
