[TPR] Distributor cleaned lubricated and the proper gear installed

The injector pickups are about 42 degrees in width. When compared to crank
timing with a slightly wider reluctor then the injectors will operate for a
full intake stroke. MSD style spark will really light off the cylinder with
enhanced burn.
