[TPR] Fwd: Installing Harness Bar & 5-point harness

After what I have seen after the weekend incident I would recommend adding
a reasonable safety system including heavy main hoop maybe even Halo'ing
above with A pillar support. If there had been a navigator along for the
ride I think their demise would have been eminent.
