[TPR] Pantera roll bars

I hear ya on jerry and his Viper.

in Arts case he rolled and the pantera as I recall landed on its wheels…yea very lucky.

I loved Art. Retired LAFD and always the first guy to lend a hand. His loss to the SoCal OC peeps is a big loss.
