[TPR] Jet extenders

Well, I wasn't too far off.

Jet extensions:

I was pretty much correct, except depending on the style of jet 
extension you can get slip-over, complete jet replacement, or a style 
that extends into the fuel bowl and you put an existing jet on the end.  
Interesting.
