[TPR] Jet extenders

A little googling might answer it, but before I do, I take a stab at it
based solely on the description.
I would imagine the jet extension is something that fits on the actual
jet, around its circumference and extends into the fuel bowl.
In a static condition the tube fills with fuel. When the vehicle is
running, it's sucking fuel from the tube. If the vehicle takes a nasty
turn, or hill, the suction in the tube will keep the fuel in the tube
even when the rest of the fuel sloshes away from the jets, thereby give
the driver a moment to correct, or get of the turn or over the hill,
whatever before the fuel again levels out to a position that would
normally cover the jets.
Total speculation on my part mind you.
After running to a car show today with my new A/F gauge working, it
looks like I'm running extremely rich at idle and fairly rich at cruise
speeds. I need to do some tuning.
