[TPR] First tank of gas

Right now my speedometer reads about 10 MPH higher than actual at 70  
MPH (i.e. it reads 70 and I'm going 60).  Speedo at 40 I'm actually  
doing about 35.  With the new proper diameter tires, I should be a lot  
closer to actual speed.
