[TPR] Wheel hub centric rings

I should add, these new wheels are lug-centric, which means they use a
tapered lug nut (my Campy lug nuts work fine) and if mounted correctly
and torqued to spec, they -should- be centered by the five lug nuts.
Many cars run with wheels like this.

I've been advised by others however, it would be "better" to be
hub-centric as it helps eliminate any high speed vibrations due to
slight imbalance due to the wheel being off-center. If I don't find a
good hub-centric ring to use, I may simply skip it and see how it
feels at 100+. If there is vibration, I may have to re-think that.
