[TPR] Tires for Asa's Cat

I'm now looking for good tires to put on the Pantera.  I'm looking for 
something both street and race.  I could go with another set of Toyo 
Proxes 888, but I don't really think I need to do that.  Especially when 
they are over $200 each and I'm 'trying to save some money here.

In fact, I'd like to keep it all under $150 each if I could.  I know the 
better tires are probably going to be near $200, and if I need to, I'll 
go there.  Before I do though, I'd like to get some tire opinions.

Specifically I'm looking at a name I've not seen before, Sumitomo:

I thought I'd heard someone else say something about them so they caught 
my eye.

I used to be a big fan of Pirelli, then I was a loyal Goodyear customer 
for years.
The Pirelli's are a bit steep.
If I go with Goodyear, it would most likely be the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 
or the Eagle GT.

Well, if nothing else.... 17" wheels have given me a whole lot more 
choices for rubber.
