[TPR] Asa's Engine rebuild update -eggs

OR (probably not recommended?)
One could think that .003 is very close to .0028 and call that close enough 
with a HV oil pump (or not).

Seems a hill billy approach?  if the crank is already .010 under I'd think 
about not turning it to .020 - but that's my personal hangup.

Time for a Baconater and a Modelo Especial . . . .   We don't want any egg 
shaped main jounals!
