[TPR] Still cleaning things for the engine going into the Pantera

Observations/opinion:
new oil pump - that has had some dirt go through it.
Hone the cylinders - I have a new hone you can use.
re-use the rings???
Look at those bearings again and tell me it never ran low on oil . . . .

Just some thoughts . . . .
