[TPR] Checking the specs, Asa's current Mach I engine

Finished checking all the specs today. All the pistons Mic at 4.0265
(They are supposed to be 0.030 over Hyperuetectic). There does -not-
appear to be any appreciable wear on them at all. I'm guessing they are
slightly under 0.030 due to their metallurgy. The are supposed to
expand a bit when warmed up. I could be wrong.

The rods measured at 2.436 which is right on the money with stock specs.

I'm now in the process of cleaning everything up. I went through all
the lifters and pushrods, cleaning and blowing them out. Just oil
residue, nothing more. The cam looks in good shape (it should, it's a
roller). I started in on the pistons tonight, giving them a carbon
scrape, cleaning the rings, ring grooves, etc. Everything still looks
practically brand new. I probably have less than 10,000 miles on this
engine.

I dropped off the block to have it cleaned and brushed. The same place
got the crank to polish. The heads went to a different shop to be
cleaned and inspected. I should have all those parts back by late next
week.

I found a place that sells ACL Race bearing and ordered a 0.010 over set
for the mains and rods. Just over a hundred bucks, sweet deal. I need
gaskets and seals still and then it's time to put it all back together.
