[TPR] new SSCC Message board

SSCC has implemented a new message board.  Wow, it looks great.  
Unfortunately it's not letting me update my profile.  I can get sign in 
and it takes me to the update profile page, I enter all the required 
info but it throws an error when I submit.  grrrrr.....

Still, it looks more 21st century. :)
