I have heard those Petty events are a hoot so do it....also while I hear MKM
Racing is not running any more ORR's (Pony Express and Bonneville 100) in 2011 I
understand there is a good chance they will continue to partner on the One Mile
Shoot Out that they had last year....need to check out MKM race site for
additional schedule information but this was event that Darryl "SEAL" Johnson
ran his Pantera in...believe total costs were in the $400-500 range and that was
for multiple runs.

So check out MKM Racing web site or check in with Darryl or Bob Benson.

Subject: [TPR] Richard Petty Driving Experience

I can't attend Silver State this year because of my work schedule.
But damned if I didn't just find out there is a nearby Richard Petty
Driving Experience within spittin' distance of three trade shows I'll
be attending in 2011.

Orlando (Walt Disney World Speedway)
Phoenix International Raceway
Kentucky Speedway

In fact, had I know there was one in Las Vegas, I could have done that
one while I was there -last- week.

Rookie Experience plan is $449 and contains instruction and an 8 lap
single session. Yea, it's not a lot of seat time and it costs a bit,
but it sure could be fun.
