SVO operations...yes to that...we've had 2-3 SVO prepared super Mustangs at
SilverState and they were awsome machines.
I love my not so new now Ford Racing valve covers on my engine......nothing
wrong with the De Tomaso or even perhaps arguably better are the original Ford
valve covers that were there originally but when I look at my Ford Racing valve
covers it just looks right and makes the connection very clear back to Ford
Power.

Can't say I did. First time I've seen this one but it helps explain their
SVO operations which really kicked into high gear right around or after this
was done. I think they found most folks weren't interested in a four
cylinder muscle car, even with the turbos. Eventually Ford had to start
thinking about high performance V8s again and thankfully they turned that
into a successful program that continues today as Ford Racing.
