Dear Asa,

 

 

                  Why don't you just build another engine over the winter
and pop it into the Pantera?    Or..more economically, pull the Pantera
engine and add new bearings on the lower end and bolt on some 4V heads with
port stuffers plus a Funnelweb intake and a new cam?   The Pantera is
important, but you wouldn't want to sacrifice a perfectly good Mach I for a
powerplant.

If I take that engine out of the Mustang... it'll be the death nell for the
car and I can't have that.
