[TPR] Team Pantera Racing donates flags to Silver State Classic Challenge

Steve,
I wanted to buy some green flags too, for just the reason you state.  
Perhaps we can save up a little more and make another donation later.  I 
agree having a green flag waving at each station would certainly reduce 
confusion.
