<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto">WTH, does this have to do with Pantera’s?<div><span style="font-size:-webkit-xxx-large">😂😂😂</span></div><div><font size="7"><br></font></div><div><font size="-apple-system-body">OK, here is my most memorable story about my amazing Italian grandparents.</font></div><div><font size="-apple-system-body">Every each of my 3 siblings got to spend a special week with them alone.</font></div><div><font size="-apple-system-body"><br></font></div><div>They argued every day and every night but they were crazy about one another…they lived in the city (Seattle) in the rainier Valley which was called Garlic Gultch…..and like all immigrants they grew much of their own produce and fruit in their yard and also had chickens.</div><div><font size="-apple-system-body"><br></font></div><div><font size="-apple-system-body">One of the funniest best memories was the day I heard my grandmother (Nona) screaming at my grandfather (Nono) in Italian and when I went out into the back yard to see what was going on I watched in amazement as Nona had found all the secret stashed girly magazines Nono stashed in the chicken coop, except he didn’t do a very good job of it, and she found them all and threw them all over the back yard. </font></div><div><font size="-apple-system-body"><br></font></div><div>The most shocking moment was the day all most blind Nona in attempting to cut a chickens head off but accidntiall cut the chickens wing off who then ran around the back yard while we all watched in horror as Nona chased after him. </div><div><br></div><div>My brother caught the chicken finished him off and then handed Nona the dead chicken to clean and cook. She plucked the chicken and cooked it for dinner…when we all sat down for dinner she put the chicken on the table but it still had quills sticking out of it. family is amazing). I killed my peonies in one year, at least my 4 bushes of big gardenias and others are thriving. You are a dear man for your kind words and valuing the important things in life like family and flowers and great friends and sentimental
memories of loved ones. My grandparents were so special and I lived with them for awhile too. Have a zillion lifelong great stories. We are so fortunate to have these wonderful memories. </div>

<div>The new property was sold as one unit of two parcels. That’s what made it such a good deal for us because we don’t have to split it later; that work is already done.</div>

<div>The new 11 acres is located at about the same latitude as the other 10 except it’s several miles West, -and- it’s not right off the highway. It’s really quiet except for the traffic to the lake that’s a couple miles further down the dirt road.</div>

<div>I’ll be taking some time away from the Pantera tomorrow to file some plans with the county. I need to get some contractors started on land management and cutting a new driveway. Gotta get the hidden bunker for Team Pantera Racing and the Northwest chapter
of the Pantera Research institute into construction.</div>
