We were originally scraping a little bit, but we cut the drops back a little bit so as to be not so aggressive. You can still see some scrapes -- so we must still be hitting a little bit here and there -- but we don't feel it. Here at Daytona, the banking is so massive that the car doesn't really lean -- you can take your hands off the steering wheel and it almost drives itself around the oval sections. It is the tire wear that calls for a little more camber on the upbank tires. So, it just settles into a nice stance and doesn't lean drastically (as it does in the corners). </div><div style="font-family:georgia, serif;" class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752gmail_default"><br clear="none"></div><div style="font-family:georgia, serif;" class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752gmail_default"><br clear="none"></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><font color="#000000" face="georgia, serif" size="2">Regards, <br clear="none"></font></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><font face="georgia, serif" size="2" color="#000000"><br clear="none">Steven G. So it still needs to turn. And, remember -- this is an FIA "1972-spec" Group 3 car with limited changes. We build the car so that we could run in a FIA-pre 12/31/72 group because we complied with the December 1972 FIA Group 3 rules (e.g., six attachment points for the cage, stock shocks, stock sway bars (we cheated a bit by putting the GTS swaybars on)). Unless we want to build a car that runs in the Group 4, Goup 5, Exhibition or Post-73 classes, we pretty much are racing what they sold the customers in 72 as a Group 3 car. Our goal is to finish and show people that a nearly stock Pantera can not only look great, but also do pretty well in a race and then run for beer. We have enough fully built race cars, this one is our piece of art on wheels. :) <u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><u></u> <u></u></span></p></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">For those that many be interested in more information: <u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><u></u> <u></u></span></p></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">Here are the HSR Classic Endurance classes -- we are Group A:<u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><ul type="disc"><li class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.hsrrace.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2024/07/03/2024-CL24-Groups-Classses-OFFICIAL.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.hsrrace.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2024/07/03/2024-CL24-Groups-Classses-OFFICIAL.pdf</a><u></u><u></u></span></li></ul></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">Here is the entry list -- check out the "Group A" entrants:<u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><ul type="disc"><li class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/event/event.status/uidEvent/4EFB241D-C7D4-BCBF-DB10E3BED2079E2C" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/event/event.status/uidEvent/4EFB241D-C7D4-BCBF-DB10E3BED2079E2C</a><u></u><u></u></span></li></ul></div><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">I have not found live TV -- here is the live timing: <u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><ul type="disc"><li class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.race-monitor.com/Live/Race/150540" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.race-monitor.com/Live/Race/150540</a><u></u><u></u></span></li></ul><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">Here is the schedule:<u></u><u></u></span></p></div><div><ul type="disc"><li class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.hsrrace.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2024/10/25/2024-CLDay-Official-Schedule-Supps-V4.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.hsrrace.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2024/10/25/2024-CLDay-Official-Schedule-Supps-V4.pdf</a><u></u><u></u></span></li></ul><div><p class="ydp575aa20dyiv6490290752MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;">We already lost the Norma Prototype -- the first session cracked the roll hoop behind the driver.
