Hey Team!<div>As some of you know already I could not get the aftermarket wheels off the C8….and I tried several recommended ideas/suggestions and none of them worked. Vibrating the car, hitting the tires with a rubber mallet etc.<br><div><br></div><div>Randy Grubb came by and suggested putting my garage heater on them for 5 minutes just to warm to +|- 110-120f and they came right off. Yea heat expansion works great!! 🥳</div><div><br></div><div>The hub centric section of the wheel hub had just enough rust/corrosion and stick that I could not muscle them off. Or even get them off with a rubber mallet. My old man arms and legs also did not help.🙄</div><div><br></div><div>Randy wire brushed the hubs, then sanded down with Emory paper and put a very light coat (glaze) on hubs and inside of wheel before reinstalling.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks to Randy for showing me the correct way to break a wheel off. </div><div><br></div><div>Randy proving once again why he gets the big bucks. </div><div><br></div><div>Thanks Randy.</div><div><br></div><div>Dawg</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><br><br><div><a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" href="https://mail.onelink.me/107872968?pid=nativeplacement&c=Global_Acquisition_YMktg_315_Internal_EmailSignature&af_sub1=Acquisition&af_sub2=Global_YMktg&af_sub3=&af_sub4=100000604&af_sub5=EmailSignature__Static_">Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone</a><br></div></div>
