Always cold, just as you said. But in the car it was fantastic. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">However, given that it's hurricane season in October and November, every time we go to the HSR we are swamped with rain at least for a few hours during the 24-hour race. This is the first year that we've elected to keep our tents down and use garage space for our two cars. The plus is we are sheltered from rain. The minus is is that we have a 7:00 curfew every night from the garage spaces. The Pantera is also the backup for our Panoz Esperante GT2 endurance car, which is slated to.run the 24-hour. If the Panoz has issues preventing it from starting, the Pantera will substitute into the 24 hour. Tall order. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The 24 hour "ordeal" starts in earnest Saturday morning. The race starts around 1. Our crew members cycle back to the two hotel rooms Saturday and Sunday for naps. We don't have time to cook....so some run for food. Others are running for tires, fuel, parts, whatever. I think we have enough crew, but all are welcome. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">If you are local, I will cover crew passes (full access all week), food if you are working, and napping space Saturday and Sunday. I got an offer to buy my Pantera this last week when we were in Nevada for the ORR. <br>

After being it’s custodian for 35 years I am going to miss her. But happy it is going to a fellow ORR and track racer. <br>
<br>
I could never have done what I did the last 25 years without all the support you guys and Laurie have offered. <br>
<br>
I will keep coming back to SilverState and will ALWAYS support TPR but with no Pantera in my life or any plans to buy a replacement in the future we need to draft a new TPR leader. <br>
