In reality, I have no idea yet what the cylinders will mic out to.
I'll try to drag a fingernail in the bores tomorrow and see what I
get.<br>

I've not heard back from Dan yet. I told him I could probably wait
until January in my last email. I imagine he may have a busy
schedule and might not get to my request until closer to that time.
We'll see. I don't want to nag him on this though I'm really
getting anxious because I need to build my parts list and apply it
to the budget. If nothing else, he's pointed me to a great write-up
on what he did for Mark, so there is that if I need it.<br>

Definitely new heads and intake. At a minimum I have a clean set of
4V quench heads D0AE sitting on the shelf. They need seats, valves,
springs, keepers, rockers, the whole deal. Based on that, it might
be best to go with a set of complete aluminum heads, though I think
it would still be cheaper overall to use these. I also have a 4V
single-plane intake, a Weiand X-cellerator that I had originally
considered adapting for EFI with eight injectors. That may not be
the best intake to use. I really liked the FPP4145 I used in the
Pantera, but that intake is now in Steve Lisa's hands.<br>

I haven't got the pan off yet to check the rods, bearings and
crank. I might get to that tomorrow, or maybe Wednesday. I'm
thinking of going to the shop tomorrow and try to get these Campy's
off the rear axles... they are stuck really well. Probably galvanic
corrosion has welded the magnesium to the steel. This could be
tricky and I'm afraid of breaking a wheel honestly. More PB Blaster
and I'll be using a propane heater aimed at the wheel for a period
of time in the hopes of encouraging separation. If I could find
some acetone, I'd probably do a mix with ATF and try that as well.<br>

its a 2V intake and heads, are you thinking new heads and
