The Dawg is correct on this, the SOBill award can be given to both
TPR members and non-TPR members. It just happens to be the ONLY
award of those TPR gives out, that can be given to non-members. I
know that might seem confusing if not stated correctly and sorry for
any prior confusion. If you will go to the TPR web site and read
the award description, you'll see it's always been this way:<br>

Honest, no editing of that page has occurred in the last three
years.<br>

The awards will probably get a re-design this year mostly because
their expense has been going up (even though oil prices are going
down). Most likely same logo as last year but a little less text so
we can make them a little smaller.<br>

some of you I heard from asked WTH you meant in the Profiles
article when you wrote that the SOBILL AWARD where you wrote
that the award is the only award given by TPR to non TPR
members and two of our distinguished group asked whether or
not that meant they could not nominate a TPR. My reply after
fact checking Asa's article which was no doubt edited by Jack
that what Asa meant was that TPR members could also be
nominated....and in this case two have been nominated. John
Bentley and also Asa's dad (my nominee) and Paul Katch (our
2014 & 2015 sponsors) nominated by Rowdy.</div>

still can't tell the difference between an open road race

track event. And although some of us have lovingly
referred to ItBeWild <br>
as "the Phoenix," we all properly know her as "ItBeWild."<br>

I nominate my buddy Daniel Giannini for helping me
troubleshoot car <br>
problems (steering rack and carb) and loaning me his
custom home-built <br>
car trailer to haul the Pantera back and forth to the
