<p>BLACK....Like me.. until the infamous fire in 1989.but I wasnt a proud Black man like I am today and when I bought it this kid in SF named Mike Drew reminded me DeTomaso never made a black pantera so this collector in Seattle Washington WHO bought it new from a Lincoln Mercury dealer had them sand it down to bare metal and re-paint it black because he didnt like the stock black (really white on the inside) color. And they repainted the entire car for him as he was a long time customer...the rest tis history</p>
