MD, I had figured since the trunk was "loose" in the back, they wouldn't let  me run it, especially if I had "loose" stuff in it.  As I recall, Ellis  didn't run his and had to head back to Ely to pick it up, then all the  way to Las Vegas that night.  If it's alright to run the tub, why didn't  he run it? I believe running -with- the tub will reduce rear and lift because there  isn't a large pocket to catch and buffer air.  With it in place it has  to exit above the engine or under the car.  I just don't think they'll  pass me in tech with it in place, and especially not if stuff is rolling  around in it.  Same with stuff in the front trunk, if I have loose stuff  in there, I don't image they'll pass me.
