The hood pin on the driver's side kept coming partially out. Since
the deck lid is off, I decided to tackle that little problem. I
marked the extent of the pin protruding at the very end, then using
my safety wire drill fixture, installed a new hole in each pin. I
then sourced a suitable cotter pin to use as the keeper.<br>
<br>
The photo shows the passenger side pin with the cotter pin
installed. The hood pin is not installed all the way, this is just
to show you the solution. I'll take another pic when it's all
installed.<br>

Been doing clean-up work most of the weekend. The ZF is about as
clean as it's going to get without media blasting. The engine bay
doesn't -look- the best, but it's essentially clean. Waiting on
the engine mount donuts and the radiator. I should be putting the
engine back in late this week.<br>
