<DIV><FONT size=3>These breathers are the push in type -- grommet was a plug, so bottom had to be removed. I left as much of sides as I could ------ I had just grommet inserted into right cover and oil was present at grommet bottom edge/lip -- if I stuck the PCV valve into that big grommet opening with it's hose to manifold installed -- it would suck oil. The manifold vacuum at 3000 rpm it 20.</FONT></DIV>

Could it be because there was no filter <BR>restriction on the air going -in- the other valve cover? Interesting <BR>thought that it might be getting oil shot up to it from the rockers. <BR> Probably why the fancy cast covers have the baffles.<BR><BR>I also am guessing this new engine has more vacuum.
