plug, so bottom had to be removed. I left as much of sides as I could
------ I had just grommet inserted into right cover and oil was present
at grommet bottom edge/lip -- if I stuck the PCV valve into that big
grommet opening with it's hose to manifold installed -- it would suck
oil. The manifold vacuum at 3000 rpm it 20.</FONT></DIV>

found that out, though I too am curious why it <BR>would be
sucking so much oil. Could it be because there was no
filter <BR>restriction on the air going -in- the other valve
cover? Interesting <BR>thought that it might be getting
oil shot up to it from the rockers. <BR> Probably
why the fancy cast covers have the baffles.<BR><BR>I also am guessing
this new engine has more vacuum. Let us know what <BR>it
