The obvious reason that they exist is that they are cheaper than here in the US but things are changing. You probably know this but there are more English speaking people in India than in the United States. Heck, there are more English speaking people in China than here but the ability to speak English doesn’t mean that you can communicate. Anyway, I’m blessed with having more work than I can do with the largest telecommunication company in the world. Guess what type of jobs
that I’m working on more and more. Yep, call centers and right here is middle America. At least one corporation has seen the light and is shifting away from the foreign centers.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">Also JB has mentioned some points that I think about a lot and have confrontations with. I boil it down to the difference between book smart and common sense. I see the same problems that JB mentioned with foreign “educated” people here with our “educated” youth. I’m being hired more and more by large, 300 plus engineers, firms to design projects for them while helping them “educate” their engineers. Heck, I was even asked to design their own corporate headquarters for one firm. Now that is
scary.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">Mike Trusty

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">Mike Trusty Engineering

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">15119 Gorgeous View Trail

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">Little Rock, AR 72210

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">501-224-9013

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">
<div style="border:none;border-top:solid
