I am allot more concerned by Obama or the lack of jobs for Americans, and the U.S. deficit then I am of being replaced by Indians.</div><div><br></div><div>We just kick their Indian asses on every quantitative or production and quality issue I have ever had to be a part of. And that does not even address their lack of independent thinking or their inability to make decisions on the go
unless someone is there wiping their ass they are just not programmed in real life terms to make decisions on their own without close supervision....</div><div><br></div><div>When I look at our kick ass engineers like JB, MikeT, Kirby, Dick, AJ to just name a few of our guys who also like to GO FAST who are not only GREAT engineers but GREAT leaders who can also design it, built it, run it, construct it AND fix it....does anyone really believe there are Indians who can do what these guys do?</div><div>
</div><div>Getthefokouttahere!</div><div><br></div><div>The Indian engineer or contractor will have their perspective asses handed to them in any kind of work environment or competition where they are going head to head with Americans or Europeans. </div><div><br></div><div>On job sites overseas we have even had to mix nationalities on construction and engineering teams because a crew of all Filippino's as an example doing the same scheduled scope of work as Indians will just kick the Indians asses in every aspect of the work and will finish it on time and under budget and then ask you for more work.</div><div><br></div><div>When I talk to our IT guys who are American or European they are are just so far and ahead of any of the Indian engineers I have had to deal with professionally I really don't have time to wait days or weeks for an answer to a technical question which is what it is going to take when I talk to an Indian engineer.
</div><div><br></div><div>I could be wrong here but again I don't think we have much to worry about..... We make great products and given the same opportunity to sell our products or services ANYWHERE in the word (you reading this President Obama) we will kick ass except maybe for how well we run CALL CENTERS for American Express although don't get me started on calls to Customer Service. When I hear,</div><div>"Hello this is Billy, how can I help you?"....and he sounds like the guy running the 7-11 store near your house you gotta wonder, 'hey, maybe the dawg is right this time' ...You KNOW I am</div><div> right. ;-]></div><div><br></div><div>I think the best thing we can do is continue to kick ass. And speaking of kicking asses I got a great letter from Rich Hoppe the other day who many of you know telling me about his new race engine but I was touched by his hiring of a fellow Marine veteran he hired at his
business. </div><div><br></div><div>Now Rich (like the "Hawk") should both be telling us soon about their killer new race engine in their Pantera's but my point of rambling on like this is so allot of you who were hit hard in construction or manufacturing or engineering in 2009 or 2010 and had to make some difficult decisions and adjustments in your life know things are gonna get better.........hell probably every one of YOU reading this has had their jobs, careers, or retirement investments hit hard or turned upside down by this recession in the last couple years. </div><div><br></div><div>But in this particular case I am mentioning Rich because I know he needed to hire someone for his company and he hired a vet like you Brian. I am not saying we shouldn't hire the most qualified person for the job but I am saying young guys like you Brian have earned it. And many of us old dogs are or will be in a position to do that in
the new year so I hope all of you will who can. </div><div><br></div><div>Personally I am more interested in kicking the ass of any Wall Street banker or mortgage lender or underwriter I can find then I am any poor Indian trying to make a buck or a ruple.</div><div><br></div><div>Okay, you can take that to the bank.... ;Aren't you sorry you even answered my email Grasshopper? -]> </div><div> </div><div><strong><font color="#0000ff"><em>Mad Dawg Antenucci - still trying to close escrow<br></em></font><font color="#ff0000">Team Pantera Racing</font></strong> </div> <div><em><strong>The 1st & still the only vintage race team in open road racing <br></strong></em><font color="#0000ff"><a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.teampanteraracing.com">www.teampanteraracing.com</a></font></div><div><br></div><div style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14pt"><br><div style="font-family:times new roman,

class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">I knew it was a sarcastic spoof but the possibility is real. Today, more and more people work for call centers for all types of business. Even engineering firms contract highly technical design work to home based freelancers as I did years ago. It is easy to place a job hired by one at home in the hands of less payed third world individuals. It is more a matter of morals. Most of your computer scams and attacks come from highly knowledgeable people in those countries. They are good at what they do and far from the reach of US law. The internet and will of someone to do this is very possible. My eyes are wide ass open. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"sans-serif";color:#1F497D;">Happy New
