I know the car well. All the upgrades and would be a great open road or track car. Did DennisQ ever complete any sanctioned events with that P?

This is a race car only.  It is not streetable and can’t be made to be street legal.  I’ve seen this car in person at Pantera Performance Center when I visited, and at different race events.
It’s now for sale.  It’s nearly turn-key but I’d advise giving it a good going over, which in the comments says Dennis will be happy to do with you at his shop.
I think Dennis health may be forcing this sale.  He’s a great guy.  I’ve missed his Pantera being on a course.
