[TPR] New Howard Cam's melonite distributor gear

The melonite one works with roller cam or flat tablet cam in my case I have a hydraulic roller so the melonite one is more than sufficient.  Stock steel distributor gear is supposed to work fine with hydraulic roller but this is $80 extra insurance
