Okay, story time.
My son Sam and I drove and navigated a 1974 Pantera owned by Chris Terp. Chris had his Pantera in my shop over the summer for various little bits of work and engine tuning. As the SSCC event drew closer, Chris offered the car to us to create a Fathers-Son event.
I was mostly keeping it quiet until we successfully completed the race. Today, we finished in the 105. We won’t know results until later tonight. Sam did great at helping know timing either fast or slow. I think we finished well but not well enough to trophy.
A big Thank You to Chris Terp for this opportunity.
The Pantera ran well at speed. We ran between 100 and 122 most of the course.
All smiles,
Asa Jay
