[TPR] Fwd: HSR Update

The engine oil cooler is mounted where the condenser normally goes and it’s not getting enough flow.  They’ve tried a fan both ways to assist and it’s not got them down where they want it.  The solution in theory right now is moving it to the front.  The trans cooler is in the passenger rear fender well.
