Just paint the plate onto the car and mount the plate in your garage.  😁

Used to be a Porsche in Spokane with a painted front plate.  Law enforcement friend at the time said he wouldn’t want to be cop arguing it in front of a judge.  It pretty much met the “intent” of the law.
