[TPR] 2024 SSCC RULE BOOK

Early 90s at the Boat. Heard as a Viper was going through tech. "Scrunch
down" "Huh?" "Scrunch Down and get the top of your head below the roll
bar." Then proceeded to stuff him lower in the seat . Almost didn't pass.
