Great story Dave!!

Todd and Don two BIG and TALL men and imagining them now with all those models is hilarious . My own models with out exception would never win any Hobby Store Awards…. 

but we discovered if we build th same model ships and planes  (USS Missouri as an example) instead of trashing them and then took them to a big dirt lot in our neighborhood that  had huge 40-50’ mud puddles and put the battleship's and aircraft carriers in the water and then shoot at them with our BB guns or throw rocks at them then it was allot more fun. 

We did the same thing with our model planes. Put a string on the wing, weigh it down with rocks. And then have dog fights (no pun intended)  whirling the planes in a circle at each other until they crashed. Again THAT was more fun for me and my buddies growing up.

Yea I don’t remember too many models in my bedroom except the ones in Playboy magazine😂😂😂
