I believe this will only apply to new cars.  I could be wrong.  But the feds can’t mess with shipping infrastructure.  It’s going to take them many years.

Is there also a bill that would create new opportunities for SEMA members and provide financial assistance to Californians to convert their zero-emissions vehicles but charged by coal (ZEVBCBCs) to gasoline-powered vehicles?  Asking for a friend.
