It was great to see you come out from your over the boarder hideaway. I was thinking that the Monterey Car week is to me like an old home week, a chance to visit with a lot of very old friends that we have had so many relationships with over the past 40+ years, just to say HI, and show our love and appreciation in working together over the years. It’s reminds me to that TV show Cheers, “Where everybody knows your name” no matter where you go or what venue your attending, all week long. Just get out and say HI, and at our age we all need to show all of them how much they have meant to us over the years. You too Dawg, it’s been a great run for us and the Team Pantera that you have nourished over the years of running that same otherwise boring road, being there with you just makes it exciting. 

Hope to see you and all the rest of Team Pantera at a venue real soon and more often. Love you all no matter what, you are all part of the family

Center of the low past by us last night about 50 miles east of Reno/Carson City, according to a plastic pool I filled with some dirt digging around the garden the other week, we got about a ½” of rain here. Everything was just wet, no branches or debris around, so it just blew through last night. Local weather service said they recorded a ¼” od rain, that was it guys.

Can't believe randy doesn't have a backup generator system.....takes me less than 5 min to have the whole whitehorseranch on generator gas/propane.we didn't have any power outage but roads around us and specially in palm springs are destroyed.i'm flying into palm springs wednesday night and might be tricky to get back to landers

Since a few of you asked, here is latest from Randy just 5 miles away in Calif. who has no power or Asa who reported while he and family are now safe the surrounding area many friends lost buildings and homes. But for Asa it looks like cooling weather and rain may soon improve areas around Spokane.

 

In Randy's case he's had no power for 2 days and was over for showers and I told him to come by later for dinner and showers etc. Already suggested he just move here until the power gets back on.

Yesterday I passed 5 big semi's with big power generators which they were sending to all those with now power in Crescent City to boarder of Oregon where power was shut down. Actually Pacific Power just turned off power as a preemptive decison. Dropping power lines.
