  Tooth update; I am going to have to go back and get the crown they drilled threw to do the root canal trimmed down so I can close my mouth all the way but feeling really good.  
Stripping my block to nothing going to professionally clean it since I am waiting for cam and changing everything any way.  Yes the heads are in 60cc chambers.  Pistons look like new.  I am going with a cam recommended by Howard.  They are recommended by Trick Flow.  Gas tank still not completed yuck.
