[TPR] New Video

Oh the Pantera is set to go; it's the driver that's the question. They do say the third time's a charm though; I'd sure love a trophy.  If I lived in Ely maybe I'd consider it otherwise it's a great big challenge for a little gal with a big P. to get there.  I still have memories of my rental Penske truck running out of gas in the middle of the night, surrounded by pine trees, in pitch darkness, on too narrow of a road to get the Pantera off the trailer. Luckily there was a sign that indicated about 20 winding miles down hill, so was able to coast all the way down and landed at a gas station in Ely with a deceased baby eagle (poor little guy) stuck to the front of the truck.  A few big high school boys hanging around the gas station were telling me, "Anything you kill in Ely, you have to eat!"   Thank goodness they didn't keep to that and just played catch with it.  True story there!  Now that was scary; the race itself was glorious and brought on nirvana.  Yes, those were memorable times. The Pantera's awesome, but I've got a year to get the brain ready.  Right now the current plan's to do "The Best of France and Italy" at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, on Nov. 6th.Happy Days!  Laurie

And you should.  You’ve got one year to get your white pearl all set to go.  Drive the 105 class (or faster) and target a trophy.  It’ll be fun.
