Happy to hear from you that it’s the usual cluster with doctors and appointment conflicts. Take it easy on the pantera work as I know it’s hot as hell out there at the ranch now. 

And whatever you do stay out of town tonight because “Pussy Riot” riots be goin on all weekend….well okay maybe not Landers but for sure Palm Springs. 😂

Take pictures…I mean if the Pantera progress. 

Waiting patiently for Asa to post our late Spring report.
