[TPR] Oh yeah it says ram air on the hood but it is not functional not complete under the hood

It does not have the factory ram air cleaner the ducting or the vacuum solenoids to open the ram air. I am seeing a lot of cars bringing too much money in my estimation and not up to standard in the engine compartments. Lots of beautiful cars do not declare their matching numbers or correct engine from factory and a lot of the sheet metal in the engine compartments is shabby to best describe it.  lots of incorrect distributors manifold etc.
