[TPR] Lower photo is of the billet carb I was wrong about the price

That is very close to the price of an out-of-the-box carb from a major 
vendor, maybe even a tuner.  lf they'd consider sending one for free, to 
have an evaluation and video done, I'd be up for that... except I don't 
have a car to run it on currently.
