All,
Bob or Rowdy as he was affectionately known was so loved and will be so missed. I’ve reached out to Bev and Russell and they fully support our adding a tribute ‘In Memory of’ to Bob on our Pantera’s. So will make up decals and if anyone wants to run them on their cars I would be glad to mail them or bring them to Ely next month.

I will always remember meeting Bob along with Bud, Frank  and Jim Wallace in 2010 at SORC.  We all campaigned  our 4 Panteras there as well as living together in Arnold over the years.  We all have a unique bond that can only come from campaigning our Panteras together.

We missed Bob at SORC this year and now his passing brings back past memories we all had together

He will sorely be missed.
Mark

Bud Hower was just behind the fatal Camero accident.  Car went off road and flipped over several times.  He was running in the 120 MPH  class with a tech top speed   of 145. I did not see the car on my return run,  it was so far off the road.  Jim Wallace will be putting up a video of our
Loop to Loup run which will show various cars off the road as well as the Camero.

Don't think I ever met him, but my Sincere Condolences go out to all of you, & certainly his family!!!

Another note:  JUST heard:

SORC had a serious accident on 'Loup to Loup' road.  Both occupants flown to hospital in Kearney NE.
Driver got worse & was flown to Omaha.
He expired before arriving.

You Team
I thought a good way to pay tribute and respect to Bob and this thing I know he loved which was his Pantera and the SORC....

I will update names as I believe we are missing a few (help Laurie & Asa) and put his name on the front in a memory of.

On the back we will list all who have attended and completed an ORR. And not just 2021 as it will be a short list as right now it looks like the only two Pantera’s ready to rock as Mark’s and mine.

If you have any ideas you want me to add let me know by next week.

Thanks,

dawg

Without Bon I am certain I and others would have never returned to Arnold.... And I am sure many others have other great memories  about Bob or “Rowdy” as he was affectionately called.
