ME JUST GOT ME CONFIRMING RESERVATION FOR SEPTEMBER 🥳🥳

And I cancelled the MAY race hotel reservations due to Pandemic.....

Again  EVERYONE planning to join us in Ely IN September need to get your reservation in quick or  you will be sleeping in a tent at the park😂

DATES again are SEPTEMBER 17-20

I wrote Lyle earlier to make sure he got hotel room reservation in ELY for 2-3 nights Thursday to Saturday or whatever nights he and you will be staying in Ely...

Again I just got my reservation “CONFIRMED” I spoke to JODI directly at the Hotel Nevada.  She confirmed Hotel Nevada filling up FAST. And she send me a confirming Email. 

Most of us with cars to run the event plan to arrive Thursday  late afternoon  (9/17) or early Friday 9/18...tech is Friday and Saturday. 

This year Mark, Asa and I are all planning to get to Ely ‘EARLY on WEDNESDAY‘ 9/16...hoping Randy and Leee in Oregon May also join our caravan from NW leaving Tuesday 9/15 with a easy 1 night lay over.

And if you want to go to Awards banquet Sunday night back in Vegas that is at 

“SAMS TOWN HOTEL AND CASINO”.

Mention Silver State Classic Challenge and they should give YOU A DISCOUNT at casino in Vegas. But speak DIRECTLY TO HOTEL RESERVATION AND NOT A BOOKING AGENT UNLESS YOU GET A RESERVATION and EMAIL confirmation....

Because the Nevada Open race for MAY was cancelled the Hotel Nevada in ELY the Silver State in September will fill up very quick...and sounds like it has already...latest information today is Hotel Nevada is close to being filled up already and allot of downtown hotels and motels in Ely will also fill up quickly so don’t wait until next week to register your rooms or you may find yourself sleeping in a tent 😂🤣

Go to SILVERSTATE CLASSIC WEB SITE FOR LIST OF all the HOTELS IN ELY but again don’t wait too long guys...you can always cancel later
