Here’s my chance to give a shout out to all of  you working on a Pantera or another race car project.

After my 3 months in Thailand it’s good to be home again. And even if we don’t have a sanctioned open road or track schedule for this Spring  it’s still exciting to hear about what updates any of you are up to and want to share.

Ao let me in on what you are working on and where you are at on your project during the 2020 Pandemic. After all It is the Chinese Year of the Rat. 🤪

So far the most significant project/built I have heard about this winter/spring is from my good friend Randy Grubbs down in Grants Pass.  Since he wasn’t happy enough by his perfect run at Silver State in the Pantera last year Randy pulled the trigger on a new McClaren hub found in The deep dark web secret  deep storage world.  And if you figure  1,450 pounds ‘wet’ with 600 HP This bad boy looks to be crazy fast when Randy is done.

Randy is Doing all the complete fabrication  and build and currently fabricating headers. Attached are a couple photos of the McLaren construction progress.

Rest of you still need to drop me a line or give me a call on what your working on and any progress you have made so we can share it on the TPR web site.

While local track events have been cancelled as has the NORC For May I am still hoping the SilverState and SORC will run August and September. Only time will tell but no excuses for not having a ride ready to race when things open up again.
