Yo My Peeps,

Asa Flew down from Washington to kick me in the ass by showing me how great he is as he  pulled the IR fuel injection intake so I could send to Richard Clewett in Cali to rebuild rattling TB throttle shafts which have been on the engine since 2008.

Looks Easy enough but doing it while it’s in the Pantera and ensuring debris from gasket material etc doesn’t fall into engine & ports is another story.

Not surprisingly Asa was like a brain surgeon (sorry Doc ;-) carefully removing all the old gasket material and putting tape over the ports and stacks to keep packing material out of  the intake. Attention to details is Asa’s claim to fame and getting the job done like the “real” Master Wrench he is.

On Sunday before I took him to the airport he showed me how to hang Christmas lights on trees and house 😉 and the rest of the day we watched football while Asa researched and planned  his Mach 1 restoration which like Peter and JB guarantee will be done and ready to roll by Spring 2020.
