Ahhh... much better. ThanQ. xoxo
Never have been to Button Willow so can't compare. I was at Willow Springs though, a long time ago. I recalled being at Willow Sprgs. the day Mr. Saxton's car appeared to be upside down. I hadn't even had one beer yet. Funny but the SD Pantera folks, just this morning, are talking about noteworthy spins (L. ponytail F.) other accidents and indiscretions, and thinking of making a Coffee Table Pantera Calamity Book, called, "I Walked Away" or something to that effect.

What??? We have no ugly mothers in TPR. Only the other kind of M'ers. What are you saying? Bite your tongue MD!!! Seriously, what kind of racing is it that goes on in Portland? I have family there and a wedding to attend very soon, and might be spending a lot of time up there soon! Maybe even looking for a simple, moderate, place to buy if it's by water! If you know of any, lemme know.

Well, that didn't go quite as planned. But....
My buddy Pete came over and we made a list of metal needed to mod the
rotisserie. Once I had that, Sam and I went to town and got what we
needed. Then Pete and I spent the rest of the day working on that;
cutting, welding, drilling, filing, etc.

This is going to be a slick rotisserie when done. When I give it back
to my buddy Cliff, he'll be flabbergasted. :) It will now be set up to
properly balance a car and make it near effortless to rotate, whereas
before it was waaaaaay off center-of-gravity and you had to be careful
when muscling it over - AND- you couldn't go more than about 45* over or
the car would hit the legs of the stand. Now it will be able to go all
the way over, upside-down and be balanced for safety.

That will be my Thank You to Cliff for letting me borrow it.

I've got some photos of the progress, but I'll post them all later.

Happy Mothers day to all you Mothers. Pete and I will be back at it
Monday night.
