[TPR] 2018 TPR ORR shirts

All,
Sorry for any prior confusion.  There will only be one color, either
white or ash-gray.  With those who have given feedback on color, the
gray wins... so we'll not being doing any in white.  I hope that doesn't
deter anyone from still wanting one though. :)

I have enough to warrant a good run.  I'll be putting the order in tomorrow.
I'll get pricing to folks after the run is made.  I'll probably have
these at SSCC this year, so....

... you know the drill. ;)
